Due to their extreme tensile strength, our carbon fibres are the perfect reinforcement where maximum performance is required. Their load-bearing capacity is far superior to that of steel and glass fibres. In terms of tensile strength, they are therefore just as attractive as glass fibres, but offer a higher performance spectrum. They serve as an alternative to classic steel reinforcement in particularly highly loaded thin-walled components such as concrete furniture or industrial floors. They are easy to bend and process, and they do not rust. When used in particularly flowable concretes, we recommend combining them with our dispersible glass fibres type D12 to prevent the textile from floating. Use our CONCRETE CALCULATOR and the TEXTILE REINFORCED CONCRETE MANUAL to choose the right quality for you.
