This brush mixing tube is used to improve the mixing quality during foam concrete production with our SPUMAX foam unit. The mixing tube is operated in a continuous flow process and does not require an additional external energy source. We recommend using the brush mixing tube as an after-mixer directly at the outlet of the plastering machine, unless the plastering machine used has its own after-mixer. Another brush mixing tube should also be used downstream of the spiral tube mixer to increase its effect.
The brush mixing tube consists of a tube housing and a special brush with a diameter of 40 mm. It can be easily dismantled into its individual parts and cleaned without any problems. The connection is made on both sides via NW25 mortar hose couplings.
