This static mixing tube ensures the intimate mixing of foam and cement paste when producing foamed concrete with the SPUMAX foaming unit. The mixing tube is operated in a continuous flow process and requires no additional external energy source. For operation, the mixing tube must be brought into a vertical position, which is done in a very easy and stable way by using our matching mixing tube stand. The mixing tube consists of a tube housing and two mixing spirals inside. It can be easily dismantled into its individual parts and cleaned without any problems. The connection is made on both sides via NW25 mortar hose couplings.
